Hi, i have seen programs that say we would like to see score above average and some programs that place residents on probation for falling below 30th percentile. I know this is a tired topic in many ways. I find truelearn less helpful. That doesn't mean that you spend time memorizing minutia. I'm not really sure what it means. The system is working ok. I can't believe the standard deviation. Should i just try to memorize the absite review. Mine placed residents on probation if they scored below the 30th percentile and expected the residents to show.

I Agree, Absite Scores Don't Make You A Great Doctor Bc You Score Well Or A Bad Doctor Because You Score On The Lower End.
